Kingdom Seed: Currently, our community has a maximum class size of 12. Now your child will receive more personalized instruction to meet their unique learning needs.
Others: Imagine your child being with 18, 19, or even 20+ students in a class. The more students, the harder it is for the teacher to reach everyone. Which means the less time they will have with your child to teach the skills and strategies they will need to grow.
Kingdom Seed: Your children will learn at their own pace. They will be taught the right skills and strategies that they personally need to grow. They will participate in fun, hands-on, interactive learning instead of doing tons of worksheets.
Others: Because of the large class sizes personalized learning is more difficult. Your child may be taught skills they aren’t ready for yet or sit around bored not being challenged enough.
Your child will have the opportunity to set their own academic goals, choose their own games and activities that match their goals.
They also can decide where they want to learn because we have multiple learning spaces such as: Collaboration Lab, Relaxation Zone, Creative Art Studio, and Front Outdoor Patio.
Next, they can choose WHO they want to learn with such as: partners, small group, or work independently.
Our learning community teachers are not the only ones doing the teaching. Instead our teachers empower learners to teach with them. You might see your child lead a peer conference, small group lesson, group project, Community Morning, or Marigold Circle. The sky is the limit at KSCA.
Kingdom Seed: You have the opportunity to pick your dream schedule for your child. We have 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days available. And, your child can learn with us in the mornings, afternoons, or both.
Others: You don’t have as many options to choose from. You can do full time or part-time enrollment, but you might not be able to pick your days. Or if you want to add or take away days; you’re locked in and can’t change your schedule.
In addition to the core academics (reading, math, writing, science, and social studies), your child will have the opportunity to join us for Cooking and Nutrition, Physical Education, Creative art, STEM, World Language, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and Performance Art.

Your child will see what greatness and success can look like from people who look just like them. Historical figures are not just taught in social studies class. And good character is not only taught during Bible class. We interweave both historical figures and character building throughout the entire learning day.
Our spacious Community Room, which is located in our home with a separate entrance. We wanted it to be a loving learning environment that will spark creativity, but still cozy so our learners felt right at home.
